CL has definitely turned me off. The pet section especially but the overall site in general.

They could fix it but won't. I've gotten tired of writing to them to do so, they never read it. (too busy cashing checks?)

The voting system needs an overhaul. One wacko and their friends can get rid of any post they please. So me that a post has had negative votes, if its a good one, I could then vote on it. Also, to give a vote, you must be logged in. Then I can limit your negative votes, if I see abuse of it.

Hi Beate, we spoke on Thursday. I sent you the links to the 2 sites, did you get them? I also sent a fairly well written post that was a survey and it got flagged as well. As we agree, you can't even ask these people a question. They get furious and have the world flag you, then have people calling US names and in the end the post you were writing or the one you wanted to read gets lost in the argument. It is sad, then new people come on, without knowledge and jump on you as well. It is truly sad. I think everyone should have to create an account and if your account has negative feedback, a certain amount, you can't post for X amount of days. It should be enhanced as a GROUP as well. My thought would be registerring rescues/shelters so that X amount of computers/users count as one. If they don't, they can't post at all. What do you think? That may they can't just go home and pretend it is OK. If they do and get caught, they are suspended for a longer time. They should also be limited to the amount of posts they can do in a day, if left unflagged.
