As a dog owner, almost everyday I am able to see my dogs ancestry at work in our home. The body language present in wolves of the wild exists right here in my home! It is so interesting to me that after so many years of domestication that wolf language remains the same in our household pets. Perhaps that is why it nauseates me to read about the aerial slaughter of wolves in Alaska. And as if that in itself were not bad enough the $150 bounty for hunter’s who brought in the fore leg of a wolf?! What a horrid image!
